FLP & TOT at Gandaki Province

A Training of Trainers (ToT) and Financial Literacy Program (FLP) was organized to raise awareness among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in collaboration with USAID. The program aimed to empower MSME owners and entrepreneurs by enhancing their financial knowledge and skills, enabling them to make informed financial decisions, manage resources effectively, and access financial services. Through the ToT initiative, local trainers were equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to further educate MSME participants, ensuring the program's sustainability and broader impact across the MSME sector.

With USAID's expertise and collaboration, the program also addressed critical areas such as access to finance, regulatory compliance, and social inclusion. The initiative is expected to create a ripple effect, empowering MSMEs to thrive in competitive markets while contributing to the economic growth of the region.

The MSME program was held on August 24th, 2024 at Pokhara (Gandaki Province), where a series of workshops, training sessions, and networking opportunities were organized. The program attracted a diverse group of approximately 25 participants, all of whom were eager to gain insights and tools to improve their business operations and growth potential.
